Snow removal keeps your property safe, accessible, and clear during winter by removing snow and ice from driveways, walkways, and other key areas.
Includes:
Unlimited Visits (Once per 24 hours)
1cm accumulation trigger or during freezing rain events
Beyond edge to edge clearing - Ask for details
Free sand or gravel
Ice melt available at extra cost (used only when needed, environmentally friendly)
Before and After pics available on request. Saved in Yardbook for record keeping.
*Ice melt services uses an eco-friendly product applied only when conditions require it to help reduce ice buildup and improve safety. Ice melt and gravel are removed within 24 to 48 hours after use to prevent buildup, then reapplied as needed based on weather and site conditions.

Spring/Fall Clean is a seasonal property maintenance service that resets the yard after winter and prepares it for the next season.
Spring clean can include:
Power raking to remove dead thatch.
First cut and trim.
Blowout of beds and hedges.
Gravel clean off pavement and lawn edges.
One-time weed and feed application.
Fall clean can include:
Aeration to relieve soil compaction.
Better water and nutrient absorption.
Stronger root growth before winter.

Final cut and trim.
*Fall aeration is often more beneficial than spring aeration because cooler temperatures reduce stress on the lawn, roots are actively storing energy, and the soil stays open longer for recovery. Spring aeration can still help, but it can also compete with weed pressure and a lawn that is already trying to green up quickly. Fall aeration gives the turf a better chance to build a stronger root system before dormancy, which usually leads to a healthier lawn in the following spring.

Lawn maintenance keeps your property looking clean, healthy, and well cared for through regular mowing, trimming, and cleanup.
Lawn Maintenance weekly or adaptive from April/May through to Sept/Oct.
Adaptive service is weekly until mid-July, then bi-weekly through the end of the season.
